The conference registration fee will be $175.00 and all registration forms must be submitted by September 29th, 2011.

If the registration form is received after the deadline date there will be $25 late fee accessed for each late registration.

Hotel reservations can be made by calling the Marriott: (800) 443-8952 before September 29, 2011. The rate until that time will be $119.00.
